About Web 3.0

I found an article that describes what could be happening now with the Internet. The concepts of web 1.0 is said to be the development of the World Wide Web itself and web 2.0 is the way we collaborate and share through the web. It said that no one really has a good concept of web 2.0 but the idea is the apps being use to connect with others in the web. The article talks about that web 3.0 concept has a different take with other people but the person who created the web had a similar idea. His idea was called that it was as semantic web which meant that there were certain program or robots that reads pages through the web that makes it faster to search. The other concept of it from others is that it serves like a personal assistant so that we do not have to take so much time to get results. For instance, this idea we are now seeing through Facebook. Facebook now do searches nearby restaurants in your city but not on the specific location at least not yet. I know that we use to use apps like yelp to searches like this, but I guess the idea is now you can do everything in one application and that it saves time doing so. Cloud storages serves the same purpose, like google drive you can have all different type of files in one drive to save money and time to store your documents. You can also open and edit files if you needed to and it saves automatically if you were change anything in it. Anyway, the main concept for web 3.0 is more apparent now and that it would make it more convenient for us to use applications because they are better in a way with searches and location and even with saving and editing files.
